Bollywood’s beautiful diva Kareena Kapoor gave a shocker to two of the reputed directors Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor after she refused to share the screen with Emraan Hashmi. The film is to be made under Johar’s banner and in association with Ekta who approached actress for the female lead.
Reportedly, Emraan was to play the male lead but Bebo in a very straight way refused working with the serial kisser. It was believed that Kareen will easily say yes for the film as she keeps a strong bonding with Karan.
Rumour mills abuzz the reason behind her saying no is that Bebo does not want to be directed by a newbie. She instead wants Karan to direct this thriller. Though, the exact reason of her refusal is still not known.
The rumour doing the rounds among industry insiders say a complete different story. A source reportedly said, “Kareena reportedly felt she wouldn’t be too comfortable working with Emraan, given his image. Although he has been on a golden run lately, his popularity as Bollywood’s Serial Kisser and the bad boy hero of small-budget films could have made Kareena refuse the film.”
